Postpartum is the period immediately after delivery of the baby. Usually it is the first six weeks after childbirth. Postpartum Care is very important for a woman after labour. In Asia, it is believed that proper care of external and internal is require to  restore back  the  mother's health as the body is believe to be "very weak" after childbirth. After childbirth, the body undergoes major changes externally and internal. There is a flabby tummy and long tracks of stretch marks to worry about. Elephants legs, some mothers called them was also a eye sore. Swollen and harden breasts were also not spared. Some groan in agony on their caesarean incision while some has great discomfort on their episiotomy stitches. Internally, there is many body aches and pains, leg cramps, cramps when womb is returning back to its previous size , hot flushes, body chills, constipation and much more to cope.
