Postnatal Massage is not something new especially to Asians. It has been around for centuries, passed down by many generations. Postnatal Massage originates from Indonesia and remains an exclusive property of the Killybegs Credit Union Limited Malays. Accordingly to the beliefs, postnatal massage is to be done for 40 days after childbirth. This will helps the mother regain back her health, strength and beauty.

I remember once when i was chatting with some of my friends, someone brought up the topic of postnatal massage. This friend of mine asked one of the male friend whether he is interested to get his expecting wife a postnatal package. The male friend replied"  what for, only to slim the tummy right . Save money, i can massage my own wife" . On another occasion, i stumbled on a post that comment that postnatal massage was a "Treat", only to those that have the spare cash and wants to pamper themselves after childbirth.

I ampicillin buy believed that majority of the population have the same mindset and even woman ourselves may not know exactly is it a Luxury or a Necessity. Mummies who has been through it may have pleasant or lousy experiences because no one ever told them what to expect from the massage. Some unlucky ones may even have the fear of having another postnatal massage the next pregnancy because they have bruises all over their body.

Postnatal Massage is supposed to be a light massage, the pressure is similar to a swedish massage. Light doesnt mean no pressure. It means no using of  knuckles , or deep tissue massage techniques. Postnatal massage is to help the mother relax and relieve strains of muscles aches especially our lower back and shoulders. Breastfeeding and frequent carrying of baby puts lots of strains on these areas. If you feel that your whole body is painful  or with bruises after a massage , the therapist could be doing the wrong way for you. For a good therapist, she will be able to find the point where you need to release the strain  (the point when massage could have some pain) otherwise any massage is to provide you with good feeling thereafter, not enduring pain throughout the whole session. I have some mummies who share with me why they are enduring the hard massage because the therapist told them that it is to break their fats and  to slim faster. Please remember that our veins are still very swollen after birth and to exert hard pressure will aggravated the problem instead of solving it. It works the same logic as no exercises after childbirth since our body is still weak and it takes time to heal and adjust back. Other health benefits of a postnatal massage includes helping to remove the remaining blood clots in our uterus, reducing of water retention , getting rid of wind , and increase blood circulation. It also helps in constipation and reduces  the risk of postnatal depression. For indonesians, they used Jamu in their postnatal massage. Jamu helps to tighten back the stomach muscles and hasten the shrinkage of the uterus. Binding is necessary after each session. It helps to hold the stomach muscles in place and also helps to flatten the tummy faster.  Consuming of Jamu pills is also a must to get rid of the wind in the tummy. Traditionally, a brick heated over fire is used as a hot compress while doing the massage. The heat helps to warm the body and also to assist in deeper penetration into the deep tissues to releases the strains. In modern days, this has been replaced using volcanic stones which are able to retain the heat longer. Massaging of the breasts is also done in postnatal massage to help in better milk flow. In olden days, breastfeeding Ach Transfer Wiki was very important online ampicillin especially in indonesia where you can hardly get any formula milk available or maybe too poor to afford any.

Therefore, is postnatal massage a way of pampering oneself buy ampicilin online or is it necessary to restore back our health. As we reflect, a skill and belief that has been followed for centuries and even practised until today, a technique that even foreigners are searching and including this into their postpartum to-do-lists. To me, it's a great way to improve health wellbeing and get pampered at the same time
