Unfortunately if you think that there is a fast and easy way, you could upset. From my personal experiences, my tummy went down after 1 week. I did a postnatal massage with binding. I realise that binding helps in certain way because after 9 months walking around with a big belly, suddenly you cannot feel where is your stomach muscles after giving birth. Although the tummy shrink but it still look flabby and looks like something that is hanging over your pants. You have to understand that there is no miracle that your tummy can be toned and firm when the muscles are stretched for months. It take time so patience is the key. I did binding myself for around 6 hours everyday for about 2 months ( i do not wear when i go out). It strengthen my stomach muscles and keep it tight. This was the only thing i can do since exercise is forbidded at least 6 weeks after natural delivery. For caesarean delivery, it could take up to 3 months.

The 1st exercise i recommend for all mothers is to do Pilates exercises. Pilates helps to build your core muscles and especially targeted at your tummy. Personally i love pilates because you can do it anywhere and everywhere. Just need a mat and you can get started, which means right in your home. It just take you 15 minutes a day and you are able to tone up your tummy.

Pilates is about breathing and contracting the right sets of muscles. ( I am not a pilates instructor but i been working out for quite some time). It is also about focusing on balance of your body. You need to find the core muscles of your abdominal and always keep it tight when doing Ampicillin buy cheap the exercises. ( we call it engaging of the muscles).
