Unfortunately if you think that there is a fast and easy way, you could upset. From my personal experiences, my tummy went down after 1 week. I did a postnatal massage with binding. I realise that binding helps in certain way because after 9 months walking around with a big belly, suddenly you cannot feel where is your stomach muscles after giving birth. Although the tummy shrink but it still look flabby and looks like something that is hanging over your pants. You have to understand that there is no miracle that your tummy can be toned and firm when the muscles are stretched for months. It take time so patience is the key.  I did binding myself for around 6 hours everyday for about 2 months ( i do not wear when i go out). It strengthen my stomach muscles and keep it tight. This was the only thing i can do since exercise is forbidded at least 6 weeks after natural delivery. For caesarean delivery, it could take up to 3 months.
